The story

After years as a professional PC-12 captain and CFI/CFII, Ethan Collins built SEAS as the Accountable Manager and systems designer: UAS-aware SMS thinking, Part 61→141 pathway design, and PilotRules ground school wired to the same standards he uses on the line.

SEAS is based at Orangeburg Municipal Airport (1811 Airport Road, Orangeburg, SC 29115). Students train pay-as-you-go — no prepaid hour packs that trap cash when weather cancels.
